Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce the company’s products/services and engage potential customers in a professional manner.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls,
conversions, appointments).
- Assist in setting up face-to-face meetings for the sales team in various markets.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest or require more information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Manage and track opportunities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Management, Sales Team and Account Management to drive revenue growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships, co-op, or part-time experience considered an asset).
