Position: Collections & Data Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
English Level: C1
Experience: 1-3 years

We are looking for a professional to support both data operations and collections activities. This role involves working with spreadsheets and client data to keep information clean and organized, while also assisting with collections when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and clean account data from client files.
- Organize and standardize information for daily use.
- Use Excel and other tools to prepare reports.
- Find updated contact information when necessary.
- Support phone‑based collections when data tasks are lighter.
- Keep records accurate and updated.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in data management, collections, or operations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Experience with data cleanup and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM or collections systems.
- Basic knowledge of collections processes (preferred).
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus.
