An international company is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader / Supervisor to join its team in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area.

We are looking for a professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as advanced English proficiency, since this role supports operations in the United States and Canada.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

Salary:
$35,000 $40,000 MXN per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily functions of the Customer Service team.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ensure quality standards and order entry metrics are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and performance follow-up.
- Resolve operational and customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service with team leadership responsibilities.

Advanced English Mandatory.
