The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to own the sales performance in Mexico, while contributing to the broader LatAm strategy. This role is fully accountable for revenue growth, team performance, sales execution and continuous optimization of processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will lead a growing sales team, work closely with Marketing, RevOps, Product and Tech,



and ensure we hit ambitious targets while maintaining high-quality standards and a strong sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Define, execute and continuously optimize the sales strategy for Mexico
- Own revenue targets, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and communicate clear sales plans, targets and KPIs by segment/vertical.
- Monitor performance by vertical, quickly identifying gaps and executing corrective actions.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and scale the sales organization, including:
- Inside Sales / Account Executives
- Sales Quality / Enablement
- Hire, onboard, coach and develop high-performing sales leaders and individual contributors.
- Run regular 1:1s, feedback sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure the team can operate under aggressive targets while balancing quality, conversion and customer experience.
