- Reporting to the BU D&IS; Business Partner for Exterior & Lighting Americas, the BU IS Project Leader for Ligting Americas is responsible to:
- Plan, execute, and close Mono region or specific BG IS projects,



ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and achieving targeted outcomes within the scope, time, and budget
- Continuously monitor, report, and mitigate risks to avoid project disruptions and ensure strategic alignment with the BG objectives
- Lead the development of project roadmaps, ensuring all deliverables meet business and technical requirements while adhering to best practices and organizational standards
- Oversee the execution of the projects, ensuring all project teams are effectively coordinated, deadlines are met, and key milestones are achieved
- Contribute to the definition & deployment of General IS transformation projects and ensure smooth collaboration with BGs & Group IS

- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define the project roadmap, outlining key phases, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure all project plans, processes, and deliverables comply with established organizational standards, policies, and guid
