REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+YOE administering and supporting NAS/SAN/DAS environments with solid troubleshooting of performance, capacity, and availability issues.
- Practical experience with at least two of the following: Dell EMC/IBM, Infinidat, NetApp, and Cohesity
- Able to work in 24x7 support, handling monitoring, alert triage, escalation,



and incident remediation for storage systems; strong familiarity with change, incident, and problem management (ITIL-friendly).
- Ability to implement, maintain, monitor, and tune storage environments (e.g., throughput, latency, IOPS), analyze logs/metrics, and optimize Storage Array/NAS performance.
- Experience creating support/runbooks, SOPs, service readiness documentation and partnering with project teams to meet Conditions of Satisfaction
- Professional communication in English.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Play a key role in Business Continuity Planning and DR strategy
- Provide 24x7 IT operations support in a team on a rotation and on-call basis
- Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems
- Develop an understanding of project engagement processes (Service Readiness) and partner with project teams on Conditions of Satisfaction deliverables including support documen
