Summary

Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.





This role will be responsible for evolving the Cybersecurity Program and Service Management functions and will play a critical part in ensuring the timely and effective implementation of security initiatives and aligning cybersecurity efforts with organizational goals.

This is a hybrid role that is based in Mexico City, Mexico and reports to the Program Management Manager.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Help create and evolve a Cybersecurity metrics program to, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Create and provide regular reporting, as needed.
- Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity programs and projects across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
