IT Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description
Location: Monterrey, Mexico

We are looking for a unique and talented individual to fulfill a key role as part of Kalypso’s Global Talent Team.

As an IT Talent Recruiter you will be working within a General Talent Team to drive the strategic growth of Kalypso in the region. You will be operating the full lifecycle of the recruiting process and engaging with Leaders throughout the organization to ensure the success of our recruiting efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for multiple pipelines
- Conduct, coordinate, and schedule interviews with recruiting team
