Experiencia Requerida
5-7 years of experience in logistics execution, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Habilidades
People management experience including leading, coaching, developing, and managing performance
Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
Proficiency in digital tools and software required, with experience in enterprise inventory management, warehouse operations, controls, and ERP/WMS-enabled processes strongly preferred
Must be able to make decisions independently and recommend viable solutions to problems and issues
Must have the ability to manage a heavy workload and be able to work under pressure while managing frequent changes in direction, without losing focus
Must be willing and able to travel as needed (up to 30%)
Must be willing and able to learn and acquire new skills and abilities




Spanish/English fluency, both written and verbal preferred
