Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Group's teams by managing Payroll’s definitions / codes, scheduling, tax and deduction definitions to ensure accurate payroll runs
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Workforce Administration and General Mobility representatives to ensure alignment on data quality standards and secure consistent payroll outcomes
- Support Payroll policy / process / learning material creation, and maintain the knowledge management syst
