Auxiliar de IT para brindar soporte técnico a usuarios administrativos y operativos dentro del centro de almacén y oficinas; garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos, sistemas y herramientas tecnológicas que soportan la operación diaria.

Principales responsabilidades
Proporcionar soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios de almacén y oficinas.
Instalar, configurar y dar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de cómputo.
Atender incidencias relacionadas con hardware, software, red y telecomunicaciones.
Configurar y dar soporte a impresoras térmicas Zebra, impresoras láser y dispositivos de escaneo.
Brindar soporte a equipos handheld, lectores de códigos de barras y terminales móviles.
Apoyar en la administración de usuarios, accesos y correos electrónicos mediante Microsoft 365.
Dar seguimiento y documentación a tickets de soporte.
