Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is to provide support for the processing of indirect purchases of North America. This role also interacts with suppliers and stakeholders to manage end to end process.
Your Impact
As a Requisition to Pay Analyst your functions would consist of:
Create Purchases Orders in our systems accomplish General Procurement Guidelines
Demonstrate experience with matching purchase orders, invoices and payments for multiple vendors and internal customers
Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies.
Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the SAP invoice processing and Ariba purchasing systems.
Follow up of all requests of the market
Provide training to field users on proper purchasing and invoice payment processes.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field preferred
Experience
Fluent in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
Strong organizational skills
Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Minimum 6 months of experience with administrative
