The Job:
The HR Director serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders and is responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives across both commercial and manufacturing organizations. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, workforce planning, culture, and change management.

As a Human Resources Director, you’ll be part of our Mexico team working as a hybrid employee.

- Guide and manage the overall Human Resources function, services, policies, and programs as well as promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing HR programs for Stanley Black & Decker’s Mexico operation.
- Translate business strategy into people priorities, workforce plans, and organizational actions.
- Provide leadership on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that support growth, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Support commercial teams in areas such as capability building, sales effectiveness, organizational design, and talent planning.
- Support manufacturing leaders in workforce planning, labor strategy, employee engagement, frontline leadership effectiveness, and operational culture.
