Position Summary
The Consultant - Integration Engineer is a key member of the Delivery team and reports to the Delivery Lead. With 2-5 years of experience in healthcare data integration and migration, this role provides technical support and hands-on contributions to integration and data migration projects. The Consultant works closely with clients and team members to gather requirements, build and test interface solutions, and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. They are expected to demonstrate technical proficiency, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset while upholding company mission, vision, and values.
Essential Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of integration and data migration solutions based on client needs and technical specifications.
Maintain the agreed-upon utilization rate (90%).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
Develop and support ETL processes to ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance.
Document work clearly and accurately, including solution designs, test cases, and configuration changes.
Participate in internal initiatives as needed, including process documentation, knowledge sharing, and delivery improvement efforts.
Work across a variety of EMR/EHR systems to support interoperability and data transformation.
Conduct basic testing and debugging of interface components and data workflows.
Stay informed about industry trends, integration technologies, and regulatory standards relevant to healthcare IT.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
