We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead our office in Mexico City, Mexico. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, accelerating sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and representing Teltonika in the Mexican market.
Teltonika’s headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand, as well as all representative offices worldwide.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for an experienced and visionary leader to shape market strategy, expand commercial opportunities, build high-performing teams, and directly impact the long-term success of a fast-growing integral IoT organization.

In this role, you will:
Own full P&L; responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
Drive sales strategy and execution, with a strong focus on increasing sales volume, market share, and revenue streams across Mexico.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships,



and key accounts to accelerate business expansion.
Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, establishing clear targets, pipelines, and accountability for results.
Develop, execute, and evaluate business and commercial strategies that support long-term growth in the Mexican market.
Provide quarterly performance reports, including KPIs, sales metrics, pipeline health, risks, and mitigation plans, to the Group Executive Team.
Collaborate closely with headquarters leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align local execution with global strategy.
Ensure the financial health of local operations by making data-driven decisions that optimize profitability and sustainability.
Lead, build, and develop local teams, fostering a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
Establish clear performance expectations and conduct structured performance reviews with senior leadership team members.
