About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the transformation of data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. This role will work closely with key business areas to define performance indicators, build meaningful dashboards and analytics solutions, identify opportunities through benchmarking, and provide strategic insights that support both operational and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive KPI Strategy & Business Performance Measurement.
Partner with business leaders to standardize KPI definitions, measurement criteria, and performance metrics, ensuring consistent, relevant, and actionable information aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

2. Lead Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Solutions
Lead the implementation, administration,



and continuous improvement of Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau and Google Looker Studio, integrating multiple data sources to develop interactive dashboards, automated reports, and management information solutions.

3. Conduct Benchmarking & Competitive Analysis
Develop internal and external benchmarking exercises to compare business performance against market standards and industry peers. Identify performance gaps and collaborate with business teams to translate insights into initiatives that strengthen competitiveness.

4. Provide Data-Driven Business Insights & Recommendations
Lead analytical projects across the organization by leveraging data to diagnose opportunities, evaluate scenarios, and develop business solutions. Translate complex findings into clear and compelling recommendations through presentations, reports, and dashboards that enable effective decision-making at differen
