Servicio al Cliente y Soporte Operacional

Actuar como enlace principal entre los departamentos internos y los proveedores de servicios de transporte para todas las actividades relacionadas con el transporte.
Gestionar y resolver consultas de servicio, incluyendo la coordinación de envíos, el seguimiento y rastreo de embarques, problemas operativos relacionados con aduanas, consultas de facturación, reclamaciones por daños o pérdidas de carga y cotizaciones ad hoc de transporte.
Investigar incidentes relacionados con el transporte, realizar análisis de causa raíz e implementar acciones correctivas para mejorar el desempeño del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
Proporcionar comunicaciones claras, oportunas y continuas a las partes interesadas sobre el estado de los envíos, los problemas de servicio y sus resoluciones.
