About the Role

TOTKO Agency is looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer with advanced skills on Canva to lead the development of high-performing visual content across multiple client accounts and internal initiatives.

You will work closely with marketing strategists, media buyers, content creators, and account managers to develop creative assets that support lead generation, brand growth, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative execution and visual direction for client accounts and internal agency projects.
- Develop scalable design systems, templates,



and brand assets to ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate concept development, content creation, image editing, video production, and creative workflows.
- Create performance-focused ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, paid media, copywriting, and video teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Stay current on design trends, social media trends, AI technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Continuously improve creative processes through automation, AI adoption, and workflow optimization.
- Review and maintain quality standards across all creative deliverables.
- Support branding, visual identity, pitch decks, and other agency initiatives as needed.
