About the Role:
Peek Pro is building AI-native GTM infrastructure — and this role exists to build and run it. You will partner day-to-day with RevOps to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows across the full GTM motion: inbound, outbound, campaign ops, and pipeline tooling.

Who You Are:
- You come from a RevOps, BizOps, Operations, Analytics, or Product background.
- You've worked in fast-paced tech environments (startups or growth-stage companies) where figuring things out and driving impact mattered more than fancy titles.
- You have hands-on experience using AI tools — Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar — to solve real business problems and automate workflows.
- You're comfortable with Python or JavaScript — not a full-stack engineer, but able to build, connect,



and ship things that work.
- You're outcome-driven: you focus on solving business problems, not training models from scratch.
- You're curious and scrappy, and you learn as you go — even without a clear playbook.
- You can communicate complex AI concepts clearly to business teams and enjoy helping others learn.
- You're proactive by nature — you see what's broken and move toward it.
- You have a strong grasp of business context — you understand why a workflow matters, not just how to build it.

What You Will Build:
- Inbound lead triage and routing agents: AI-powered qualification and routing that creates faster response times, increases rep customer-facing time, and enables the PLG self-serve motion
- Outbound reply automation: an AI layer that handles the repeatable, low-leverage steps of initial outreach - personalizing at scale and escalating to a human only when a qualified conversation
