Role Overview

This position requires a persuasive communicator who can balance urgency, professionalism, and customer engagement while meeting strict operational and compliance expectations.
- Location: Mexico City
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Employment Type: 3-month pilot assignment, with continuation based on performance
- Compensation: $26,000 MXN monthly base salary + potential monthly bonus of up to $12,000 MXN

What to Expect

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to support collections-related conversations in a professional and results-driven manner.




- Use persuasive communication techniques to create urgency and encourage customer action.
- Handle objections confidently while maintaining a respectful and compliant approach.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, accepted hardships, or appropriate account resolutions based on business guidelines.
- Maintain strong call control and adapt communication style based on customer behavior and account status.
- Document customer interactions accurately and clearly in the system.
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets related to collections, connects, promises kept, and action rate.
- Maintain schedule adherence of 95% or higher.
- Follow all compliance requirements and avoid any compliance failures.
- Demonstrate consistency, resilience, and accountability throughout the pilot period.
- Participate in interviews, training, coaching, assessments, and performance reviews as required.

Required Profile
- This is not an entry-level role; previous hard sales experience is required.
