CPS (Commercial Products Supply) manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to Coca-Cola bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 17 countries.
- We are establishing a Greenfield manufacturing facility in Mexico as part of a strategic expansion, designed to operate as a flagship site aligned with Industry 4.0 principles, advanced automation, and digitalization.

The Site Filling & Packing Engineer will play a pivotal role in the commissioning and start‑up of our new plant. This position is responsible for leading the detailed design, fabrication, and construction of filling and packing equipment, as well as the start‑up and optimization of packing processes, to ensure timely project start‑up within quality and CAPEX requirements while achieving operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Global Equipment Platform and local cross-functional teams to ensure that packing operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance,



while also achieving efficiency and productivity objectives.

What You’ll Do For Us:
- Lead the validation of design and implementation of filling and packing engineering solutions, including process flow diagrams, equipment sizing, and selection.
- Oversee the commissioning and start-up activities of the plant, ensuring that all filling lines are operating as intended.
- Coordinate with Integral Equipment Platform, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery and vertical start-up of different filling lines.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement, focusing on quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot process-related issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
