The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

Lead and develop the business in Mexico, driving sustainable growth, brand strength, and profitability across all channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce). The role is responsible for defining and executing the country strategy in alignment with global and regional priorities, while adapting to local market dynamics.




- The Country Manager acts as the key representative of the brand in the market, ensuring consistency, premium positioning, and long-term value creation.

- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Adapt integral policies and procedures to local requirements, ensuring compliance
