Compensation:
- Salary: $10.00 USD per hour
- Monthly Bonus: Up to 12% bonus based on performance each month

What You Bring to the Table:
- Advanced English fluency in both speaking and writing (C1 or C2 required)
- Three or more years of hands on vendor and contractor management within residential property management
- A proven track record in turnover coordination
- Practical knowledge of what repairs should cost and how long they should take in northeastern Illinois residential properties
- Committed availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST in a fully remote capacity
- A reliable machine (i3 or better, 8 GB RAM or more), fast internet, and a proper home office setup with webcam and microphone
- The kind of person who keeps multiple balls in the air without dropping any of them
