you will turn large-scale mobility and platform data into clear performance insights that directly drive growth and campaign strategies. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign measurement, market diagnosis, and cross-functional performance reporting that support both operation team and leadership.

Role Responsibilities:
- Design and delivery of campaign measurement frameworks, producing dashboards for result tracking and campaign selections.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product teams to translate analytical findings into optimized campaign tactics, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable uplifts.
- Own stakeholder communication for analytics outcomes, producing clear executive-ready briefings and playbooks that enable local teams to replicate successful tactics at country and city scales.
- Develop and maintain city diagnosis models that quantify business initiatives and results, transfer them into actionable plans.
