Role Definition:
Performs advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to company's quality standards
Oversee Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) studies to prove that inspection tools and production processes are stable and accurate
Compile and review the standard 18 elements required for a PPAP submission, including design records, material test reports, and dimensional results
Work with suppliers, quality teams,



and manufacturing staff to fix quality issues and run initial production trials.
Submit the final Part Submission Warrant (PSW) to get formal customer sign-off before shipping production parts.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data.
Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.
Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to gather necessary data, and ensuring all parts meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
