Amentum is seeking aLaborer to support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of customer service, facility support, maintenance, setup, and operational duties. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, organized, and welcoming facilities while providing exceptional customer service to MWR patrons.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, courteous, attentive, and accommodating service to MWR patrons.
- Respond professionally to patron questions, requests, and concerns.
- Assist patrons with information regarding MWR programs,



facilities, activities, and available services.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required staff uniform and name tag.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, responsive, and service oriented demeanor.
- Deliver customer service consistent with Navy MWR standards and established customer service expectations.
- Apply Star Service customer service principles and practices to provide exceptional patron experiences.
- Complete or maintain required customer service training, including Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations training.
- Assist with the setup, operation, maintenance, and breakdown of MWR facilities, recreational areas, events, and equipment.
