Uptalent is seeking a Plant Manager – Manufacturing to lead full-site operations at our Monclova, Mexico facility. You will oversee manufacturing leaders across fabrication, welding, electrical integration, and paint, ensuring throughput, quality, safety, and on-time delivery in a high-mix, engineered-to-order environment.
The role requires 10–15+ years in manufacturing leadership and proven P&L; ownership of $100M+ within contract manufacturing.
