We currently have an amazing opportunity for an HR Shared Services Team Lead role in our Integral Talent Operations Center (GTOC), our location strategy to deliver scaled services and consistent employee experience. This exciting new role is based in our Mexico City, Terminal 1 office.
In this role, you will lead a fantastic team that provides top-notch HR services to the organization. You will help ensure that the team operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to established HR processes and procedures and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. We'll give you the context to be effective,



and the resources you'll need to be efficient and enable you to be creative and innovative to elevate a high-performing organization.
