IT Operations Head Location: Puebla The Challenge: The IT Operations Head is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and evolving the organization's IT operations in a highly regulated, security-driven environment. This role oversees on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The position requires close collaboration with software development teams to design, implement, and operate modern cloud-native architectures. Key Roles and Responsabilities: ·
Provide strategic leadership for IT operations within a regulated financial services environment. ·
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure, primarily on AWS. ·
Lead and deliver large-scale migration and transformation projects from on-premises environments to AWS. ·
Manage and control the IT operations budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. ·
Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes aligned with ITIL, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.




What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Full professional English to collaborate with general teams and stakeholders. Experience and Skills: ·
Extensive leadership experience in IT Operations within the financial services industry. ·
Managing large-scale teams (50+ people) across multiple IT functions. ·
Experience in budget management and financial planning for IT operations and cloud services. ·
Strong background in project management for complex infrastructure, cloud, and security initiatives. ·
Proven experience designing and operating cloud-native architectures on AWS. ·
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling, including GitHub and Jenkins. ·
Infrastructure as Code (IaC). ·
Practical experience using Terraform, Pulumi, and/or AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning and cloud cost optimization. ·
Solid experience managing ITSM proces
