This role sits within the General Talent Operations Center team, acting as a key operational backbone for Workday data and integrations, with a strong focus on mass data loads, data integrity, and continuous process improvement. You will be expected to be independent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to translate complex data needs into scalable EIB solutions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for all Workday EIB-related requests (mass upload) supported by GTOC globally and across business units. Build, configure, validate, and run EIB templates for a wide range of HR processes (e.g., hires, job changes, compensation updates, org changes,



terminations, one-time payments, data corrections). Partner with HR/Talent teams to intake, assess, and prioritize EIB requests, ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation, and controls are in place.
Perform pre-load data validation (formatting, required fields, business rule alignment) and post-load reconciliation to confirm successful processing and identify any errors. Troubleshoot EIB load errors by reviewing error logs, Workday business process configurations, and data dependencies; propose and execute corrective actions.
Document best practices, standards, and controls for EIB usage (e.g., naming conventions, approval flows, data validation steps). Help create, author, and maintain HR knowledge base content related to Workday data, EIB usage, and standard operating procedures. Partner with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and implement preventive controls to r
