Manager, Recruiting
at Motive, you will support and help scale our
Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting efforts in Mexico , partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Marketing.
This role is idóneo for someone with 2+ years of formal people leadership experience and desires to remain highly hands-on as a
player/coach .
You will manage a team of GTM Recruiters in Mexico while also personally owning full-cycle recruiting for priority roles. Our Talent function has made significant progress, and this role plays an important part in continuing to improve execution, candidate experience, and stakeholder partnership as the business grows.
This is a
hybrid role based in Mexico City , requiring
2–3 days per week in the office .
What You'll Do
Support and manage a team of
GTM Recruiters
hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Marketing roles in Mexico
Act as a
player/coach , running full-cycle recruiting for select GTM roles - expect to spend 20-25% of time personally recruiting full cycle and 75-80% of time performing managerial responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting responsibilities including sourcing, screening, interviewing
