Our core line is premium shower heads and shower systems. We're growing aggressively into shower filtration — filtered shower heads, inline filters, and a subscription model built around filter replacement. Today that's 350 child variants across 50 parent products, selling on Amazon and Shopify in the US and Canada, supplied out of Asia and stocked across multiple third-party warehouses. Most brands our size run their supply chain on spreadsheets and institutional memory. Airtable is the core of our system — every purchase order, SKU, shipment, unit cost and landed cost lives there, and it feeds forecasting, purchasing decisions and COGS reporting. ClickUp is where the company actually runs day to day. Google Drive holds the file library, maintained to a standard. We are a maturing company with systems that already run well, and a department that keeps pushing them further. There is always another process to sharpen,



another manual step to strip out, another standard to raise as we scale — and we want someone who treats that as part of the job rather than extra work on top of it. The goal is a world-class supply chain, and this seat is part of building it.
The person who holds this seat well ends up with more judgment and less administration over time — because the processes they sharpen take the routine work off their own plate.

You own the operational execution layer of our supply chain department — creating and maintaining SKUs and their data across every system, PO and payment administration, the integrity of our cost and inventory data, and the reporting that runs off it.

Our SOPs are standardized and we expect them followed exactly — but doing this job well takes a professional eye on the data underneath. Own the SKU lifecycle — creating records in Airtable, generating UPC barcodes and FNSKUs, and
