and influencing the direction of a dynamic organization Define and lead strategic and continuous improvement actions locally shaping culture and performance tracking and improvement.
Manage project escalations, support structured problem-solving activities defining support required from other areas outside R&D; and coordinating any required support. Lead teams, defining training and development plans based on current and future projects and business needs. Remove roadblocks and support project team execution. Team staffing, administration, and controlling/ budgets definition. Ensure all HR forms and procedures are completed/followed accurately and on time. Ensure hours booking of team is completed accurately and on time.
