We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to support our Architect of Record in overseeing architectural compliance, code review, and permitting across our commercial real estate portfolio. This mid-senior level role is critical to the integrity and efficiency of our development process, requiring strong experience with U.S.-based projects and solid understanding of construction documentation and building codes. The position involves collaborating with internal development teams, external design consultants, and general contractors to support drawing production, permit submittals, and ensure technical alignment from entitlement through construction. The role supports the Architect of Record without stamping authority or final compliance responsibility. Bachelor's degree in Architecture
(Licensed Architect required) 3–8+ years of experience
in architecture, technical design, or related roles Strong experience with: Construction documentation Permitting workflows Coordination across disciplines Proficiency in: Revit AutoCAD Bluebeam Familiarity with
U.S. building codes
(IBC, ADA, etc.) Experience working with
U.S.-based teams or projects Experience in
commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or retail development Strong
English communication skills

Support preparation of
