Onsite Driver Support
with experience with truck drivers operation to join our team in
Actual Laredo . Shifts : -Friday to Monday: 7 am to 5 pm -Monday to Friday: 3 pm to 11 pm (alternate weekends) Responsibilities:
Greet drivers professionally, ensure drivers clearly understand their assignments and next steps, helping them with any questions or concerns. Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, appointment times, and coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve questions or changes. Print, verify, organize, and distribute load sheets and dispatch documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before handing them to drivers.
Identify missing or incorrect paperwork, address driver issues, and escalate urgent, unresolved, safety, or compliance concerns promptly. Log into required systems, ensure workstation functionality,



verify internet and printer connectivity, and confirm availability of documents and supplies. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to share updates on delays, changes, or operational issues. Track repeated driver concerns, document outstanding issues, and report major or recurring problems to the on-shift Team Lead or Manager.
Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by handing over pending issues and clearly logging unresolved driver concerns. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related fields. Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or driver support preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with drivers and internal teams. Good computer skills and ability to work with dispatch systems, printers, and standard office equipment.
