We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff or Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role is idóneo for someone with strong knowledge of US GAAP, solid experience working with US-based companies, and a track record of professional stability.
Key Responsibilities Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion within established deadlines (10-day close cycle) Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP Assist in managing accounting operations across multiple entities (supporting 6–7 business units) Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Proven experience working with US companies and strong knowledge of US GAAP Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance Administration, Economics,



or a related field Demonstrated job stability and professional commitment Experience with ERP systems (Yardi preferred, but not required)
Preferred Experience Background in real estate, senior living, hospitality, multi-entity environments, or property accounting Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, particularly for candidates with strong customer service and teamwork skills
