The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Test Technician Lead and help ensure that the materials and products supporting our manufacturing operations meet established quality standards.
In this hands-on role, you will perform laboratory testing, analyze results, and maintain accurate quality records. Your work will support the evaluation of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. You will also collaborate with colleagues to investigate quality concerns, improve laboratory processes, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Conduct routine laboratory tests according to specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment with appropriate guidance.
Record test results accurately in laboratory notebooks and designated systems.
Support investigations involving quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer concerns.
Perform basic statistical analysis and prepare reports for review.
Follow safety requirements, Good Laboratory Practices, and quality management systems.
Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures,
