currently seeking a Outbound Sales Development Representative. This role is focused on generating and developing
new business opportunities with U.S. companies, building strong client
relationships, and supporting the growth of our recruiting and immigration

Responsibilities
· Proactively engage potential clients through cold
outreach, marketing initiatives, and innovative sales strategies.
· Ability to schedule a video call with prospect
leads to sell the service in full.
· Build and maintain the Sales Playbook,
including messaging, objection handling, and conversion workflows.




· Leverage sales technologies such as Lusha and CRM tools to source leads and execute 100+ outbound calls per day.
· Develop and execute strategies to identify
and secure new business opportunities, targeting both corporate and
individual clients.
· Expand the company’s footprint across Hospitality,
Farming, Engineering, Manufacturing, and related industries,
delivering tailored staffing and immigration solutions.
· Lead consultative sales conversations to assess client needs and refine staffing workflows for efficiency and
results.
· Establish and maintain pricing frameworks,
manage an up-to-date prospect database, and actively support recruiting efforts
tied to client demand.
· Collaborate closely with the Talent
Acquisition team to ensure timely and seamless talent placement.
· Build, manage, and nurture long-term client
and contractor relationships while staying informed on industr
