About Us & The Role
We are a US-based talent placement firm connecting rigorously vetted remote professionals across LATAM, South Africa, and Southeast Asia with US executives. This is a strictly candidate-facing role—no client management You will own the top and middle of the funnel, focusing entirely on speed, judgment, and candidate quality as you build a deep bench of high-caliber talent.

What You’ll Do
Source Executive Assistant, operations, marketing, and senior administrative candidates.
Run rigorous, structured screens (résumé reviews, written assessments, video intros, live interviews).
Evaluate candidates on both substance (experience, tools)



and presentation (camera professionalism, English fluency, energy).
Maintain a standing pool of ready-to-endorse candidates to turn around shortlists in days, not weeks.
Match candidates to client briefs and build polished endorsement packages.
Keep the ATS strictly updated and recycle strong candidates for future roles.
Consistently hit weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets.
What You Bring
5+ years of recruiting experience (with 2+ years placing admin, EA, or ops talent).
Experience recruiting for US/international clients (you know exactly what a US executive expects).
Fluent, professional written and spoken English.
Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter/Boolean sourcing.
Exceptional judgment to hold the line on quality, even when high volume is tempting.
A reliable home office setup (fast internet, quality headset, quiet space).
