This role in summary
As an HR Generalist within our Tier II HR Operations organization, you will move beyond transactional support to become a vital partner for our Corporate Functions (Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, General IT, Business Unit Services, Human Resources, and Legal).
You will partner to drive the "People Excellence" strategy by blending high-touch consultation with strategic project management. Your mission is to navigate the full maturity spectrum—from responding to immediate needs to proactively driving strategic outcomes that align with the organizational goals of your stakeholders.

To successfully support our Corporate Functions, you will operate across three main pillars of delivery:
Consultation u0026 Relationship Management
- Stakeholder Partnership: Conduct regular 1:1s and attend BU meetings to stay ahead of emerging talent and organizational issues.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze historical talent and compensation data to identify patterns and suggest interventions (engagement health, org design, etc.).
- Advanced Coaching: Advise and coach People Leaders on complex issue resolution and drive change management in partnership with Business HR.
