About the Role
We're hiring a
Full-Stack WordPress Developer
to build, optimize, and maintain fast, secure, and conversion-focused WordPress websites. This role works closely with design, SEO, and strategy teams to translate concepts into polished,



scalable WordPress builds that perform exceptionally well. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role adecuado for someone who thrives in structured workflows, values clean code, and takes ownership of performance, stability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites using modern, scalable best practices. Translate Figma or design files into clean, responsive, and accessible WordPress builds. Build and maintain custom post types, templates, and reusable components. Optimize site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals. Implement technical SEO best practices across site structure, templates, and content. Manage plugins responsibly with a focus on stability, performance, and security. Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and Account Managers to deliver projects on schedule. 3+ years of professional experience
