Position Summary
The Project Manager Group Lead will head a team of Project Managers (Senior and Junior) to ensure the timely execution and flawless completion of all incoming projects for an assigned client portfolio.
This role provides oversight, technical leadership, and day-to-day management to ensure client expectations related to SLAs and quality are met on all jobs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production, Quality, and Commercial teams, optimizing operational workflows, managing workforce distribution, and mentoring staff within a fast-paced print and packaging production environment.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Senior and Junior PMs for assigned accounts, driving engagement and motivation.

Manage workforce planning, including workload distribution, account assignment, and headcount management.

Evaluate team members based on performance KPIs, lead training/coaching for bottom performers, and identify development opportunities.
