Business Development Representative Junior (BDR) — Entry Level
Are you looking for your first real shot in sales? As a Junior BDR at Good Traffic, you'll be the first point of contact between our brand and the advertisers who could benefit from our wrapped car format. You won't need years of experience — just hustle, curiosity, and the willingness to learn fast. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing team to find the right prospects, start conversations, and set up meetings that turn into real client relationships.
Your Role on the Team
- 100% Outbound outreach to potential advertisers that you identify.




- Understand the needs of potential advertisers and identify how our format fits their marketing goals.
- Follow our response-time targets and help the team hit conversion goals.
- Keep an eye on your own activity and pipeline numbers.
- Plan, manage, and organize your outreach and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Make sure every lead and interaction is logged accurately.
- Map out and prospect new business opportunities across CPG, retail, and enterprise brands.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and actively prospect new potential clients through research, market mapping, and sales tools.
- Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn — learning to have real conversations about their marketing needs.
