About the Role: Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as
entry-level Remote Booking Coordinator . In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. You do
not
need prior travel industry experience — we provide complete training to help you succeed. If you enjoy helping others, love travel, and want a adaptable work-from-home opportunity, this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone
Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements
Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates
Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations
Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages
Take notes and maintain accurate records
Provide friendly,
professional customer service
Learn and use travel tools provided during training
