Job DescriptionWhat you'll do...
As the Leisure Sales Manager, you will support three properties, Hyde Mexico City Reforma, Mama Shelter Roma and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for driving leisure segment performance, developing strategic partnerships,



and maximizing revenue opportunities across all three properties in alignment with brand objectives.
- Lead and manage all leisure sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel
- Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly SMART goals, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required
- Collaborate with the DOS to develop rates, group ceilings and deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management
- Builds client base through outside sales calls, sales blitzes, cold calling, prospecting, direct mail, networking, and referrals.
- Participate in sales presentations, property tours and customer meetings
