We are looking for an Internal IT Support Specialist to join our Internal IT Support team.

The Internal IT Support team is responsible for ensuring a seamless technology experience for our employees. We manage internal technical issues, provide and maintain access to corporate systems, and support the tools and services that enable teams across the company to work efficiently and securely.

As a Internal IT Support Specialist, you will help deliver reliable IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, manage user access, and contribute to maintaining a stable and productive workplace. Working closely with employees across the organization,



you'll play an important role in improving internal IT processes and ensuring a high standard of service.

Challenges that await you:

- Handle and resolve daily tickets in Jira Service Management
- Provide technical support to company employees via Service Desk and direct requests in Slack
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding (create and deactivate user accounts, issue and return equipment, set up workstations and access rights, etc.)
- Manage access to corporate systems (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, VPN, Atlassian, Miro, Zoom, MS Office 365, and others)
- Maintain and update the knowledge base and document standard procedures
- Monitor the technical condition of equipment and office hubs in company locations
- Participate in strategic tasks and projects
- Ensure a high level of customer service and proactive communication with users
