? Sourcing Associate

We’re looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team and help build a strong, scalable recruiting foundation.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop real recruiting skills — from sourcing and candidate evaluation to how high-performing teams manage pipelines and make hiring decisions.

Location: Guadalajara (on-site)
Type: Temporary (3–6 months, with potential to extend)

? What you’ll do

- Maintain and improve candidate pipelines and ATS data quality
- Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Review resumes and identify strong talent quickly
- Support recruiters by keeping processes organized and efficient

✅ What we’re looking for

- 0–2 years in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or similar
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working on-site in Guadalajara
- Proactive and eager to learn
