The Talent Acquisition Division Manager is responsible for owning and scaling the candidate evaluation, placement, and quality assurance function. This role sits between sourcing and final placement outcomes, ensuring that the right candidates are accurately evaluated, aligned, and allocated to the right client roles at scale. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, define evaluation standards, audit quality, and coach decision-making across the division.
