CIMMYT seeks dynamic with orientation to results, and with teamwork skills professionals for the position of Fleet Mobility Coordinator to be part of the Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily fleet operations,



including vehicle assignment and scheduling
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and service intervals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including registration, insurance, maintenance logs, mileage, and fuel usage
- Ensure compliance with local, state, SRE, and federal transportation regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, fuel management, and TAG administration
- Track and manage fleet-related costs and support budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives
- Investigate vehicle incidents, accidents, and insurance claims, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle usage, policies, and safety procedures
- Support fleet safety programs and ensure driver compliance with internal policies
- Assist with procurement, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles
