About the job Foam Pouring Operations ManagerOur Client an international Manufacturing Company, for expansion,is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foam Pouring Operations Manager to lead a production team andwill be responsible for ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining quality standards, ensuring the safety of our employees, and meeting customer demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3 years experience as Operations Manager
- 5 years Experience in a Foam Pouring/Fabrication
- Experience in ERP system

Knowledge And Expertise Required:
- Strong knowledge of chemicals (in Foam Pouring/Fabrication)
- Aware of the principles and processes for providing customer service, including meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Some general knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, usage, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and negotiation.




- Ability to extract and compile data from written sources, individuals, or multiple work orders.
- Regular, skilled use of word processors, spreadsheets, and other programs, such as Visual Basic.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the ability to find and correct errors.
- Capable of obtaining HAZMAT certification

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide training related to work processes, safety, health and environmental concerns, and job responsibilities to employees.
- Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels, ensure that activities are performed effectively, and respond to fluctuating workloads.
- Maintained accurate data entry, record keeping, and reporting for the department as needed.
